For solid fuel fires it is advisable to cut the hearth slab (base) into 2 or 3 sections. This allows for heat expansion. If you would prefer to have the hearth in 1 section then please state this on ordering.

The Kubis

The Kubis is a simple design with clean architectural lines. This design has stood the test of time and would suit both a contemporary and a traditional setting. Here the Kubis is shown with an existing brick interior.
