Payment Terms. On ordering we like to take a deposit of 35% This is to cover material and masonry costs. The payment can be made with a Debit or Credit Card through Paypal (which is the most secure payment method on the internet). The balance payment can be paid 1 day before the agreed delivery date with paypal or on the day of delivery with cash. If paying by cheque then please allow 5 working days for clearance.

Lead Times. At present we are delivering our surrounds between 3 and 4 weeks. This depends on which surround you order. Please ask for details.

Delivery. 8 times out of 10 we will deliver in person. We do not like using haulage and courier firms. Also if we deliver in person then we can spend time with you to explain how the surround is installed and discuss aftercare.

Stone is a Natural Material and may have slight veining and the occasional fossil visible on the surface. This we feel makes each Fireplace unique. There may also be slight tone variations between the stone components, this is because no two stone blocks are the same. You are quite welcome to request a stone sample.
